We accept the following insurances: Aetna, AvMed, Cigna, Meritain Health, Oxford, Oscar Health, Optum, and United Healthcare. We will process verification and confirm your copay (if applicable).

Self Pay

When you self-pay for therapy, your sessions are not billed through insurance, which means there's no need for your information to be shared with insurance companies. This can help maintain your privacy and confidentiality.
