What is Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

We define coaching as an ongoing process where the client explores and gets access to their unlimited potential by creating a genuine and authentic connection with the client so that we can co-create together the expected goals.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching differs from therapy because it's not designed to address emotional issues. Coaching focuses and where the client is NOW, where they want to be,e and, what they are willing to commit to achieve defined goals.

What areas in my life can I work with my coach?

There is no specific area. As a client, you choose what area you would like to accomplish more than you are accomplishing now.
